Part 1: The Beginning
Denji had never been one for hugs. He wasn't sure why, but the thought of someone wrapping their arms around him and holding him close just made him feel uncomfortable. Maybe it was because he had never had anyone to hug him before. Or maybe it was because he was afraid of getting too close to someone and then losing them.
But for some reason, Denji found himself wanting a hug from Aki. Maybe it was because Aki was always so calm and collected, even in the most dangerous situations. Or maybe it was because Aki always seemed to know what to say to make Denji feel better.
