Ancelotti: “I'm expecting a high-intensity and open game against UD Las Palmas”
Carlo Ancelotti is expecting a tough test against UD Las Palmas on Friday night.
The Italian coach knows that Las Palmas are a dangerous side, especially at home. They have already beaten Real Madrid this season and will be looking to do the double over the European champions.
Ancelotti will be without a number of key players for the game, including Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, and Toni Kroos.
However, he is confident that his team has enough quality to get the win.
Ancelotti is expecting a high-intensity and open game.
He said: "I think it will be a very difficult game. Las Palmas are a very good team, they play very well at home and they have a lot of quality.
"We will have to be at our best to win the game. We will have to play with intensity and concentration.
"I think it will be a very open game. Both teams will have chances to score goals.
"We will have to be careful not to make any mistakes. We will have to be very focused and disciplined.
"I am confident that we can win the game. We have a lot of quality in our team and we are in good form.
"We will be ready for the challenge."
