Coronation Street actress Lucy Fallon has revealed she was rushed to the hospital after a nasty accident.

The former Bethany Platt star took to Instagram to share her ordeal, revealing that she had to have surgery after falling on Saturday night.

Sharing a picture of her leg in a cast, Lucy wrote: “I had a little accident on Saturday night and ended up having surgery on Sunday to fix it all back together again. I’m all good now though, just a little sore and sorry for the brands I had to let down with things I wasn’t able to do today.”

Lucy did not reveal any further details about the accident, but her fans and followers were quick to send her their well wishes.

One fan wrote: “Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that Lucy. I hope you’re feeling better soon.”

Lucy played the role of Bethany Platt on Coronation Street from 2015 to 2020. She left the soap to pursue other projects, but has since returned for guest appearances.
